Digestion – The Center of Your Health

Digestion should be referred to as the center of your health!
The gastrointestinal tract (GI tract) is a complex system that requires and offers large amounts of assistance
to and from other bodily systems.   For example the endocrine system contains glands that produce
hormones.  There many different  types hormones some of which are essential for proper digestion of
nutrients - yet another reason to maintain proper hormonal balance!

Then  there is the infrequently mentioned  "Gut Brain Connection.”  Sad to  say leading mental health experts fail to treat this condition although  they  do not deny the reality of it!
There are many studies that reveal  a strong connection between psychological disorders such as: Anxiety, Depression, OCD & ADD (obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficit disorder), with various digestive  disorders such as: Celiac disease, Chron's diseae, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).
A few possible reasons for poor  Gut-Brain connection  are as follows:
inflammation,
bacterial imbalances (dysbiosis),
auto-immune in nature,
all of the above.

A healthy immune system and gut work together synergistically.
That of particular interest is probiotics  (friendly bacteria) which can be supplemented in the diet and/or  found in food sources such as yogurt and kefir.  These bacteria are believed to protect the gut from disease causing pathogens, (bad bacteria.)

Without a healthy gut, a host of bodily and psychological symptoms could manifest itself such as:
Anxiety, (ADD, ADHD, OCD),
Celiac Disease,
Chron's Disease,
Constipation or Bloating,
Depression,
Diarrhea,
Fasciculations,
Headaches or Migraines,
Irritable Bowel (IBS),
Paresthesia (pins & needles),
Pruritus (itching),
Skin Disorders (eczema, psoriasis, rashes),
Ulcerative Colitis...etc.
If you have chronically or acutely experienced any of the symptoms listed above, you may greatly benefit by supplementing your diet with each of the following:

Digestive Enzymes (2 capsules once or twice daily after larger meals)
Probiotics (2 capsules daily)
Serrapeptase Enzyme (1 capsule daily on empty stomach)
BosPro (1 capsule twice daily),
Aminogen (1 capsule twice daily)
Additional dietary supplements may be required for some or all of the conditions noted above particularly if it's auto-immune in nature.
As with any functional (natural) regimen, following a clean diet, implementing physician approved level of daily exercise, along with adequate consumption of pure water (1/2 your body weight  in ounces), is essential to maximize your results!
