Antoinette Vaughan is a native of Rocky Mount NC who currently lives in Richmond, VA. After high school she attended a local community college to pursue training in culinary arts. During this time she began working in restaurants after which she decided to change her specialization to dietetics. Antoinette received an Associate's Degree relocated to Atlanta, GA and continued working in the hospitality industry. She later returned to Richmond, began her career in clinical nutrition, and enrolled in college again. After receiving a B.S. Degree in Family & Consumer Science dietetic concentration, obtaining 13 years of clinical nutrition experience, and observing healthcare professionals minimize the power of nutrition, she embarked upon independent holistic food & nutrition research. Antoinette has worked with clients independently using high grade dietary supplements, along with diet and other lifestyle changes to help people improve their quality of life. Therefore, the purpose of this site is to inform the public about alternative nutritional therapies known as CAM (complementary and alternative medicine).
